2.Working principle

1.After the sewage is treated by the anaerobic filter, the concentration of suspended matter, organic pollutants and nitrogen is reduced, and the load of the subsequent contact oxidation bed is also reduced; it can have a good adsorption effect. During the growth and reproduction process on the filler, aerobic microorganisms form a large surface area and high concentration biofilm, which can absorb most of the organic pollutants in the water in large quantities, reducing the concentration of pollutants; in addition, the absorption and decomposition effect, when the air is continuously passed into the reactor, the aerobic microorganisms can take the adsorbed organic pollutants as nutrients into the body for metabolism, part of which is used for their own growth and reproduction, and part of which is converted into carbon dioxide and water.

2.Make good use of the sedimentation tank, use gravity to make the suspended sludge with a specific gravity greater than water in the effluent of the contact oxidation bed sink to the bottom of the tank, so as to remove it from the water and ensure good effluent quality; the sludge that settles to the bottom will automatically return to the contact oxidation bed to maintain the sludge concentration of the contact oxidation bed; or use the disinfection tank to disinfect the effluent with solid chlorine, which can effectively kill bacteria, E. coli, viruses and other pathogenic microorganisms in the water. The treated water is clear and transparent, without odor, and the number of bacteria and E. coli can meet the national sewage discharge standards.

3.The function of the anaerobic biological filter is to filter, hydrolyze and denitrify. The filler intercepts and filters large particles and suspended solids in the water; anaerobic microorganisms can hydrolyze large molecular insoluble substances into small molecular soluble substances; anaerobic microorganisms adsorb and absorb organic pollutants in the water, part of which is used for their own growth and reproduction, and part of which is discharged through the U-shaped water seal in the form of biogas; the effluent from the contact oxidation bed is returned to the anaerobic filter, and the denitrifying bacteria in the anaerobic microorganisms can use the nitrate nitrogen in the return water and convert it into nitrogen gas to remove nitrogen substances in the sewage.
