Automatic control system
The control cabinet of the decanter centrifuge has a built-in PLC programmable controller, which can fully control the main motor, auxiliary motor and flushing valve and other equipment, and input various parameters through the man-machine interface, while monitoring the running status of the equipment. The controller will automatically alarm and display fault information, and the decanter centrifuge has the characteristics of self-diagnosis and easy operation and maintenance.
Variety spiral outlet
The screw conveyor adopts different types of discharge ports according to different industries, such as vortex type, square cemented carbide and ceramic. The discharge port of vortex structure can improve the processing capacity and reduce sludge crushing and flocculation consumption, square carbide discharge port is easy to disassemble and reuse, and ceramic wear-resistant sleeve has the characteristics of wear resistance, corrosion resistance and hygiene level requirements.
